1. Email and Text Cleanup

Paragraphs

Remove unwanted line breaks by joining lines to form paragraphs

Assume the end of a sentence indicates the end of a paragraph
When joining, leave space(s) between sentences.
Assume one or more blank lines indicates separate paragraphs

Spacing

Remove extra spaces between words
Adjust spacing between sentences to spaces
This is the number of spaces after a punctuation mark, such as a full stop.
Adjust paragraph spacing to line(s) between paragraphs
Adjust paragraph indentation to spaces
To remove all leading spaces, set this to zero

Replace

Remove email reply marks ( > )

To delete text, leave the 'Replace with' field blank.

Do you want the original files to be overwritten? Yes, overwrite the original files with the converted files
No, give the new files the following extension:

2. Files and Folders to Process

Drag and drop the files and folders you want processed from Windows Explorer to anywhere in TextPipe's window. Folders automatically get '*.*' added to them to process all files.

You can tailor the file list in a number of ways. To find out how, click the cursor in TextPipe's file grid to select it, then press F1.
